Hello, My name is Joe Bjorklund. When I was younger, I wanted to be a tug boat captain, a monster truck driver or a ninja but I find myself in real estate (same/same). Prior to my real estate career, I was in the telecommunications industry for 27 years. I left the industry for one simple reason. Everything had become a commodity. It became impossible to separate yourself from the competition when the only variable is price. Winning by hard work and creativity was no longer a viable strategy.

So real estate it is. 2026 marks my 14th year in Real Estate. I have a simple strategy that has treated me and my clients well over those. I know my limits. I work with clients that give me the highest chance of a perfect transaction. I am never trying to be all things to all people whether it's personality type, home type or geographic location. It is with that mentality that I created LiveLincolnPark.com as well as ChicagoFeaturedListings.com.

As I enter the second half of my career, I continue to be a big advocate for the local food banks across the country. For 2026 I have decided to ramp up my commitment to the Greater Chicago Food Depository by building Chicago111.com with a goal of 1 Million Meals
