Nico Merino

My name is Nico Merino, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Orlando and the Central Florida area. I started my career in hospitality and as a chef for luxury hotel brands, where I learned the value of service and attention to detail. I got into real estate because I saw how impactful the right move can be, and I built my business around one core belief: service through friendship.

I specialize in first-time buyers, relocations, and new construction. My approach is simple; understand your goals, communicate clearly, and guide you with honest, strategic advice from start to finish. Clients know me as someone who’s proactive, easy to work with, and consistent. I’m also part of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, which allows me to deliver a high-level experience backed by proven systems.

Outside of work, I stay active, explore local spots, create content, feed my faith, and spend time with my beautiful wife Kel. Having relocated within Florida myself, I understand the process firsthand and bring that perspective into every client relationship.
