I’m Nicole Morrison, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Middlesex and Somerset Counties. With a background in healthcare, I’ve built my career around helping people with compassion and care. That same mindset led me to real estate where I guide clients through one of the biggest financial and personal milestones: homeownership.

Over the past two years, I’ve focused on working with both buyers and sellers. I approach every transaction with patience, strong communication, and attention to detail, making sure my clients feel informed and supported at every step. Whether it’s explaining the process, negotiating effectively, or simply being available when questions come up, I aim to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Clients often describe me as outgoing, personable, and easy to work with, someone who genuinely listens and follows through.

As a member of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, I combine local knowledge with the strength of a collaborative, high-performing team. I’ve lived in New Jersey my entire life, giving me a deep understanding of the communities I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and cheering on my son at his baseball games.
