I’m Winston Christie, a real estate professional with Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, and co-founder of Christie & Co, serving clients across South Florida and the Tampa Bay area. My path into real estate was shaped by a desire to help people make smart, confident decisions around one of their most meaningful investments. I was drawn to the industry because it blends strategy, relationships, and the opportunity to create real impact in people’s lives during pivotal moments.

I specialize in working with buyers, sellers, and investors, with a strong focus on luxury properties, relocations, and strategic listings. My approach is straightforward and client-focused: clear communication, data-driven insights, and a commitment to protecting my clients’ best interests at every step. Outside of real estate, I value staying connected to the community and building relationships that extend beyond the transaction. I volunteer as a soccer coach and am an avid kickball fan, and I enjoy exploring neighborhoods across South Florida and Tampa while keeping up with market trends.
