I’m Bob Dzienis, a New Jersey Realtor with eight years of experience serving Northern NJ and Bergen County. Before real estate, I spent my career in Human Resources and Learning & Development, which is where I learned how to guide people through big decisions with clarity and confidence. Eventually, I realized the cubicle life, and the climb toward a C-suite title, wasn’t for me. I wanted something more dynamic, more challenging and more people-focused. Real estate checked every box.

I work with all types of clients, but I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers make sense of the process and get to the closing table without unnecessary stress. On the seller side, I focus on smart pricing, strategic marketing, and clear communication to help maximize net results while keeping things moving forward. My approach is straightforward: no pressure, no fluff. Just honest guidance so you can weigh your options and make informed decisions. Clients often describe me as calm, approachable and direct, with a knack for breaking down complex situations into something manageable with some fun thrown in there too.

I’m part of the Align Team at eXp Realty, and I take pride in being a steady, reliable resource in the communities I serve. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me on a pickleball court, baking sourdough, exploring new music, traveling or trying to figure out Mahjong one tile at a time!
