I’m Chris Tarta, a Realtor Associate with nine years in the business, serving clients across northern New Jersey and Florida. Before real estate, I built and operated restaurants as an entrepreneur—an experience that sharpened my instincts, negotiation skills, and ability to perform under pressure. I got into real estate for one reason: to help people move through big financial moments—whether it’s a major win, a tough situation, or a strategic investment—with clarity and control.

I specialize in luxury homes, new construction and development, and distressed assets. My approach is direct, strategic, and hands-on. Clients count on me to tell them what they need to hear, not just what sounds good. I’m known for being personable, high-energy, and dialed in on the details that actually move deals forward. With multiple years exceeding $20M in annual sales and growing toward $100M as a micro-team leader, I bring both production and leadership to the table as part of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty.

Outside of work, I’m either training, in the water, or working on my next level—physically and mentally. Whether it’s surfing, paddleboarding, or diving into personal development, I’m always pushing forward. That same mindset shows up for my clients: consistent, focused, and always looking for the edge.
