I’m Chrisann Scafe, a real estate salesperson serving Central New Jersey, including Middlesex, Somerset, and Union counties. Before real estate, I built my career in account management and retail leadership, where I learned how to advocate for people, communicate clearly, and manage high-stakes decisions. I was drawn to real estate because I saw how overwhelming the process can feel without the right guidance—and I knew I could be the person who makes it make sense.

I specialize in working with first-time buyers, sellers, and clients navigating life transitions, as well as those looking to invest or relocate. My approach is strategic, honest, and highly personalized. I take the time to understand your goals, explain your options, and position you to move confidently in a competitive market. I also bring a strong interest in interior design and decorating into my work—I love walking into a home and helping my buyers see the potential and envision how a space can truly become their own. Clients often describe me as organized, responsive, and someone who genuinely looks out for their best interest. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom of two and someone who values community, family, and creating a home that feels like your space. That perspective shapes how I show up for my clients—grounded, real, and focused on what truly matters in the long run.
