Christopher Daliani

I’m Christopher Daliani, a licensed real estate salesperson with 12 years of experience serving Morris, Hudson, Union, and surrounding counties. I graduated from New Jersey City University after growing up in Hillsborough, NJ, and spent years working in the restaurant industry and public safety before transitioning into real estate. I originally got into this business to invest, with a focus on building generational wealth through multifamily properties. That path naturally evolved into buying, renovating, and selling homes, and ultimately helping others navigate their own opportunities in the market.

Today, I specialize in listings, buyers, and investment properties. My approach is straightforward, responsive, and grounded in integrity. Clients rely on me to be honest, accessible, and detail-oriented, whether they’re purchasing a first property, expanding a portfolio, or preparing a home for sale. Outside of real estate, I stay closely connected to my community and family. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, fishing, and staying active through exercise. These priorities keep me grounded and bring balance to the work I do every day.
