I’m Daniel Richards, a licensed real estate salesperson proudly serving Monmouth and Ocean County. Before real estate, I spent years as a police detective, where I developed a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a deep commitment to serving others. My transition into real estate was a natural one, driven by my interest in sales, building, and long-term investing. I bring that same discipline and focus to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and father of two, and family is at the center of everything I do.
