I’m Devika Bhandari, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Northern and Central New Jersey. My corporate background in PR and marketing continues to shape how I approach real estate—through clear communication, strategic positioning, and a strong understanding of how to present and market a home effectively. I’m also currently a makeup artist, which has further refined my attention to detail and ability to help people feel confident and at ease during important moments. My path into real estate was personal: while navigating the process as a first-time homebuyer, I experienced the overwhelm and uncertainty firsthand. That perspective drives my work today—I’m here to make the process feel more manageable, informed, and grounded.

I primarily work with first-time homebuyers, guiding them step-by-step with clarity and consistency. My clients often describe me as reliable, supportive, and someone who brings a sense of ease—even humor—into what can feel like a high-pressure experience. I believe in being accessible, responsive, and transparent, so my clients always know where things stand and what comes next. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active with Pilates, trying new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with my dog. I’m happiest when I’m learning something new or sharing a laugh, whether that’s through a good book or with the people around me. That same sense of balance and positivity is something I aim to bring into every client relationship.
