I’m Emily Termyna, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Northern New Jersey and a member of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty. Before real estate, I studied film and spent time working in car dealerships, where I developed strong communication skills and a sharp understanding of how to guide people through major decisions. I chose this career because I wanted more than a traditional job—I wanted control over my income, my schedule, and my future. I’m motivated by growth, results, and building something that’s truly my own, and real estate gives me the opportunity to do that while making a real impact on people’s lives.
I specialize in working with first-time buyers and clients relocating to the area. My approach is straightforward and hands-on—I stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving. Clients often describe me as real, reliable, and easy to talk to, but also confident and knowledgeable when it matters most. I make sure my clients feel informed and supported at every step, so the process feels manageable instead of overwhelming.
As someone who serves all of Northern New Jersey, I’m constantly exploring different neighborhoods and staying in tune with the local market. Outside of work, I enjoy creating content, staying active on social media, and spending time with my dogs. I value genuine connections and take pride in building relationships that last well beyond the transaction.
