Erika Pannell

I’m Erika Pannell, a licensed Salesperson serving Somerset, Morris, and Union Counties. Before real estate, I was a Division I softball player and earned my doctorate in physical therapy, spending 13 years in a clinical setting treating patients. That experience shaped how I listen, problem-solve, and advocate for others. I was drawn to real estate because homeownership is such a meaningful milestone, and I value being part of those moments while helping clients build a strong foundation for their future.

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, growing families looking to upsize, and luxury listings. My approach is efficient, strategic, and rooted in clear communication so clients feel confident at every step. I’m often described as trustworthy, reliable, driven, and compassionate. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active through fitness, exploring new towns and cities, and learning more about finance and wealth-building.
