My name is Gino Changuan, and my path to real estate wasn't a career change. It was a natural evolution. With a background in civil engineering and over 12 years of hands-on experience developing custom homes, townhouse communities, and mixed-use residential buildings across northern New Jersey, I understand real estate from the ground up. That foundation gives me a level of technical insight that most agents simply don't have, and it shapes everything I do for my clients.
I'm licensed in Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Hudson counties, and I work with investors, first-time buyers, and sellers alike.
