I am Jonathan Bowen, and my journey in real estate began long before I was officially licensed twenty-one years ago. Growing up, I spent my high school years assisting my father as he built his own real estate business, an experience that introduced me to the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of this industry. That foundation, paired with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Monmouth University, shaped how I approach every transaction today: with strategic precision and the belief that no two days in this business should ever be the same.
