Kelly Naughton

I’m Kelly Naughton, a licensed real estate salesperson with 10 years of experience serving clients across Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida, Hudson and Bergen Counties, New Jersey. I got into real estate inspired via personal experience as a single woman buying a home at 24 years old. I lacked guidance, education, and a Buyer’s Agent able to represent my best interests. I did not know of many options available to me, especially in the lending arena and negotiating a fair price. That experience and my partnership with the Align Team has shaped how I show up today. I believe my clients deserve clear information, strong advocacy & a steady hand throughout the process.

I specialize in listings, 55+ buyers and sellers, second homes, investment and commercial properties, and relocations. My clients often describe me as extremely responsive, proactive, and able to adapt quickly when things shift—which they often do in real estate. I take a thoughtful, strategic client-centric approach, ensuring all pertinent questions are asked and expectations of the next steps are explained. Keeping me closely aligned with my clients’ goals so they can make confident, well-informed decisions.

Outside of real estate, I’m devoted to health and well-being, enjoy fitness, outdoor workouts, pool volleyball, and maintaining a long-standing Yoga and Meditation practice since 1992. I love music, dancing, and savoring great food over meaningful conversations. Whether in Florida or staying connected to my New York/ NJ metro area roots, I value community and relationships that make life and work more rewarding.
