I’m Kevin Saum, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Morris, Somerset, Warren, Union, Essex, and Sussex Counties. Before real estate, I built my career in the sports industry and healthcare—environments where preparation, discipline, and accountability aren’t optional. I got into real estate because I’m a competitor by nature, wired with an extreme attention to detail, and I saw an opportunity to create real value for buyers through YouTube while building a business around transparency and trust.

I specialize in listings and relocations, helping clients navigate competitive markets with a clear strategy and steady communication. My clients would tell you I’m highly attentive, detail-obsessed, and not afraid to do the work others avoid—whether that’s solving problems behind the scenes or stepping in wherever needed to keep a deal on track. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me in the gym, on the bike, or spending time with my family. I also mentor athletes as they transition to life after sports, which has become a meaningful extension of my own journey. That connection to discipline, growth, and community carries into how I show up for my clients every day.
