Kimberly Walker

I’m Kimberly Walker, a real estate salesperson with eight years of experience spanning both property management and residential sales. Before real estate, I built my career in higher education and served as a director of marketing, which shaped my ability to connect, communicate, and think strategically. I chose this path because I wanted to channel my work ethic into something of my own—something lasting that could create opportunities for generations while giving me the flexibility to live life on my terms.

I specialize in listings, staging, and marketing, helping sellers position their homes to stand out and attract the right buyers. My background gives me a strong edge in presenting properties with intention and strategy, not just listing them. Clients often describe me as someone who truly knows the community and brings both insight and energy to the process. I pride myself on being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to making each step feel seamless and well-guided.

I serve the South Shore and greater Tampa region and stay closely connected to the communities I represent. Outside of real estate, I love spending time at the beach, being with my family, and enjoying life with my three dogs. Being a mom to my son Jacob is my greatest joy, and recently I’ve found a creative outlet in diamond art painting.
