Kyle Pelech

I’m Kyle Pelech, a real estate agent with Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, serving all of New Jersey with a focus on Monmouth and Ocean County. I’ve spent the past 10 years as a New Jersey police officer. After buying my own home and going through the process firsthand, I realized I could bring a steady, no-nonsense approach into real estate and help people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.
I specialize in working with buyers and sellers who want a straightforward, informed experience without the pressure. I was raised in Shark River Hills and currently live in Point Pleasant, so I have a strong connection to the communities I serve. Outside of real estate and law enforcement, I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu several times a week, surf in the summer, snowboard in the winter, and spend as much time as possible with my wife and family. I believe in showing up consistently, improving daily, and doing right by people—both in business and in life.
