Lorinda Pienaar

I’m Lorinda Pienaar, a licensed real estate salesperson serving Northern New Jersey, with a focus on Bergen and Passaic Counties and the senior market. Before entering real estate, I spent years as an Occupational Therapist in older adult mental health, supporting individuals and families through complex transitions. I initially became involved in real estate to support my husband’s investment business, but it quickly became clear that my background naturally aligned with helping seniors navigate important housing decisions. That realization shaped the direction of my work and continues to guide how I serve my clients today.

I specialize in providing a comprehensive, step-by-step service for seniors and their families—whether that means evaluating the safety and suitability of a current home, planning for aging in place, downsizing, or transitioning to a senior living community. My approach is calm, thoughtful, and highly personalized. I work alongside my clients as an advisor, helping them explore their options clearly and confidently, while ensuring they remain in control of every decision.
