I’m Nicole Giustino, a licensed real estate salesperson with the Align team, serving clients throughout Hudson County, New Jersey. Before transitioning into real estate, I built my career in apparel and cosmetic sales, where I developed a strong foundation in client relationships and communication. I made the move into real estate to step away from the corporate world and create something of my own—something more personal, flexible, and impactful.
I specialize in rentals, first-time buyers, and listings, and I take a hands-on, straightforward approach with every client. My goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable, especially in a fast-moving market. Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, playing trivia, and going to Broadway shows. Being active in the Hudson County area allows me to stay connected to the communities I serve, both professionally and personally.
