After selling over 70 million in volume on the East Coast, Dan Spitz (Broker Associate) has decided to start his own real estate group in his hometown of Chicago.

Dan is a seller's agent who focuses on getting his clients to reach the highest potential price for their properties. He makes sure to build professional relationships with everyone he works with and keeps a network of resources for his clients to make use of. He puts hard work and dedication at the center of what he does and believes having a passion for the work increases the quality of the service he can provide to his clients and teammates.

Dan grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Maryland. After working with a commercial real estate investment firm in Miami, he decided to create a career in an industry where he could count on his own hard work to pay off for him and moved to New York to join the Sikora Group shortly after. Dan likes to travel abroad whenever possible and enjoys living in the Gold Coast.
