Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in the hustle of New York, Yandry Mastromihalis brings a unique blend of cultural insight and unyielding determination to Raleigh’s dynamic real estate market. Her journey began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which naturally led her to a career in the affordable housing sector. As a housing counselor, Yandry helped clients navigate the challenges of foreclosure prevention, down payment assistance, credit repair, and budgeting.

Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2020, Yandry has continued her mission to empower clients, securing over a million dollars in financial aid to help them achieve their homeownership dreams. Last year, she closed 26 homes and is on track to meet her goal of 40 this year.
