Cynthia Stamboulian

I’m Cynthia Stamboulian, a licensed real estate salesperson with nearly 20 years of experience serving Hoboken, Jersey City, and surrounding areas throughout Hudson, Lower Passaic, and Lower Bergen Counties. I began my career as a foreclosure paralegal, where I saw firsthand the transactional side of housing—but quickly realized that sitting behind a desk wasn’t where I thrived. After transitioning into sales, I found the perfect balance in real estate: combining my legal background with a more personal, client-focused approach. I much prefer helping people move forward into a new chapter than being part of the process that forces them out.

I specialize in listings, luxury properties, investment opportunities, relocations, first-time buyers, and 1031 exchanges. As part of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, I bring both individual experience and team-driven resources to every client I work with. My approach is straightforward and pressure-free—I provide the information, guidance, and strategy, but ultimately give my clients the space to make decisions that feel right for them. I’ve been honored with the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Bronze Award multiple times, including most recently in 2025.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active with fitness and yoga, exploring local dining spots, and spending time at the beach or hiking when I can. In the fall, you’ll usually find me watching football or unwinding with good music. Living and working in this area for so many years has given me a strong connection to the community, and I take pride in helping clients navigate both the market and the lifestyle that comes with it.
