Erik’s journey in real estate is more than just a profession, it’s a lifelong passion. Graduating from the University of Maryland - College Park in 2015, Erik embarked on his real estate journey at Marcus and Millichap in Brooklyn, specializing in Industrial Real Estate. However, his heart remained tied to his New Jersey roots, prompting his return in 2016 to team up with Brett Sikora and become the inaugural member of The Align Team.

To date, Erik has achieved over $130,000,000 in total sales volume, with a track record that includes multiple record-breaking transactions. In 2024, he set a record for the highest sale of a four-family home in the Bergen-Lafayette area of Jersey City, closing 486 Bramhall Avenue for $1,700,000. The following year, in 2025, he broke another record with the highest new construction sale in Jersey City Heights, selling 166 New York Avenue for $2,460,000.

As a leader within Align, Erik has assisted in overseeing the team’s remarkable growth to one of the top teams in the nation. With over a decade of experience leading to over $1,500,000,000 in sales, Erik is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals with expertise, integrity, and results.

In addition to his role at Align, Erik is the Co-Founder and Partner at Berry Lane Partners. Since 2016, he and his brother have successfully completed over 15 rehab projects, flips, short-term Airbnb rentals, and long-term rentals from Atlantic City to Northern New Jersey. This hands-on experience gives Erik unparalleled insight into every facet of the real estate process—from estimating rehab costs and navigating construction to conducting in-depth deal analyses.
