I’m Wioleta “Violet” Dechnik, a Broker-Associate with five years of experience serving clients across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Before real estate, I spent 15 years in business banking as a VP Small Business Relationship Manager in Philadelphia. That background shaped how I evaluate opportunities with a focus on performance, risk, and long-term value. I was drawn to real estate as a way to move beyond transactions and into operating assets, with the ability to influence both outcomes and the communities we all live and serve in.
I work with sellers, investors, renters, and buyers, aligning ownership vision with clear, strategic execution. My approach is grounded in market insight, structured processes, and consistent communication. I focus on positioning assets to perform through pricing strategy, market alignment, and thoughtful branding. I’m especially focused on new development for sale and lease, where early-stage decisions shape long-term success. Clients describe me as steady, direct, and accountable, with a strong emphasis on building systems and projects that deliver.
I’m proud to be part of Align, a Mega Icon Team at eXp Realty, and honored to have received the 2024 NJ Circle of Excellence Gold Level Sales Award. Outside of my day-to-day work, I’m pursuing my MBA at Rutgers Business School with a concentration in Real Estate, continuing to deepen my expertise in finance, investment strategy, and asset management.
